Warranties and returns
WARRANTIES
All our products come with a two-year warranty.
Should a customer receive any defective item from us, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you.
RETURNS
If the customer is not satisfied with the purchased item, they have 15 working days to contact us, either by phone or email, to exchange it for another item or request a refund.
The procedure to request an exchange is as follows:
Place a new order with the items you want and select 'EXCHANGES' as the payment method, then enter your previous order number in the CUSTOMER COMMENTS section.
If there is a price difference either in your favour or ours, we will contact you.
Returned items should be sent by Certified Mail to the following address:

To request a return, please contact us by email at info@ereselegante to request a refund for your order and send the purchased items to the address above via registered mail (shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer). Once we receive them, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used.
